Some people have driven for years and have never been stopped, others, can not get out of their drive - ways without being stopped by the Police! You do not need to p a test in order to get it, IF you get it early enough! But, just like a car, your health has to have maintenance. Early detection is the best way to prevent a disaster. I think the difference between the two is, driving, you could very well kill yourselves AND others, with or without insurance, Whether you have or have not Health insurance, the only life you will loose, is your own!
